just a little experiment, i was trying to CG in a similar style aswell, it came out very different from what i expected... but i guess thats a good thing. ill have to work on it.

I think you did a particularly good job here; the shading style is solid and flows just right (especially the glow on the shoulder from Schro's eye). I think what sets it off are the softness of the lines in Schro and then the contrast of the deep, bursting black in his cloak. I would recommend perhaps some stronger ink lines, but other than that, your experimentation is creating some impressive results.

his head seems a bit small, but that's prolly just the cloak. Really nice work, it looks differant than your usual?? Keep it up
