this is my new son, he loves to steal shiny things out the garbageconcept/style test for a new adoptable species i'm thinking of making! they're called parfum doves, they're intelligent bird-like creatures each based on a handful of perfume notes. this guy is myrrh, amber and vanilla c:

hmm, i think this one took... probably around 2 1/2 hours? maybe 3, i spent a while fiddling around with different approaches. the goal is to work towards a more consistent method for these, so i can get em drawn a bit quicker! :>

This is amazing! Omg, little funny thing; a while ago i was toying around with perfume-themed species in my head and they also had bid traits and the little perfume container in their belly/chest kinda like this one. I don't think they will ever make it in my species family but regardless. This concept is perfect. Kind of what i wanted but could not translate well on paper.
I am very excited about this and i will try to keep an eye out for them. c:
