I love the darkness of her outfit, it gives more impact where those lightnings are, a nice focus point.
I also like those delicate lightnings you've added on and around her hair, you can really feel she is charging up or is about to retaliate.
The blurry background is spot on as you don't want to focus too mainly on it, though it has nice details.
Her pose gives us the illusion she is suspended in the air, nice.
I like the different thickness of lightnings you used, they aren't all the same which makes it more spectacular.
As far as I can see, not a single one is identical, impressive ^.^
