It just appears that way due to the long exposure

It looks like its in the middle of nowhere, and the surface of the sea and the sky look so similar, the only thing that gives it away is the reflection of the boat onto the water.
Great atmosphere, feels very eerie and magical, like that it could be in some other world, in some other time.
Lovely overall tones, contrast and light. Beautiful and alone. Great shot, for sure - love it
