Really nice!
How did you do the cables in Sketchup?

cosedimarco In reply to flaketom [2009-12-09 04:30:28 +0000 UTC]

The inner one is a simple "circle along path". The larger ones are always a "Circle along Path" (same path and segments)
- delete segments to obtains cylinders;
- Extrude a bit the heads
- Scale the extruded surfaces to tap them.

Thanks a lot. There are only 3 textures (Eyes, Warning signage and scratched metal)
The rest are a simple "Paint Bucket" colors.

Thanks!
There's something strange, I've never thought at it as a "female"...

ElfgirlMchan In reply to cosedimarco [2009-05-11 21:40:28 +0000 UTC]

She is, actually. XD General build and feminine voice aside, D-fib is actually referred to as a "she" in the official WALL-E script. When I'm getting really technical, I refer to bots as having masculine or feminine programming when describing their supposed gender (a nod from the old Star Wars guides), but yeah.

Regardless, D-fib still rules.
