mate this shot rocks... and... what an amazing tongue! 
This is great lighting, I'm trying to figure out distance of your strobes going by reflection and brightness but the difference in the reflections off that tongue piercing ball and her eyes dont quite make it clear. Are you using three or more strobes? I'm also curious as to if you use beauty dish or softbox. This came up so well.

on my white background shots (this is) I have 2 strobes lighting up the background. I have another strobe with a 5' octodome as main and another with a large or med softbox as fill they are about 5' from the model
