-Well this is how it's looking so far.. I'm still getting used to the SAI, especially since I have no tablet to draw on.. its extra hard..It's a good thing I have a good mouse to do all this on.... (Gaming Mouse)
I fucked up my settings by deleting the tools I was using.. and I just dont know how to get them back.. soo.. I will have to re-download the SAI program. and Hope the Settings are back to how the used to be.

right click on the empty tool bar spaces, fill in the part with the tool you want
when this is done, im giving you all the points i got on me...(not much though cuz im an octopus with no money)
