This is my first serious attempt at painting. I look at it and see room for improvement on a grand scale but I suppose its not a bad first try!Acrylic on Bristol Board A3

I used to paint as a teen but my art teacher told me I had no skill so I became dejected and abandoned art altogether. Ten years or so later I picked up the paint brush again and this was the result. I started another one last year but my 2nd pregnancy made painting awkward so it is only half done. I was hoping to start a new one tonight funnily enough (now that our daughter is 7 months and sleeping at night

wasn't such a great teacher i suppose .
i used to work traditional but since about 3 or 4 year i've discovered
how nice it is to paint in photoshop, and you don't need canvas
