So... my friends on discord dared me to make an Underswap take, so here's a break from our regularly scheduled program for another damn Underswap take lol. Not saying it wasn't a blast to make this. Ehehe, thanks to BiNaryNumberS and Pubigub for inspiring me.

Monster Kid: Swapped with Frisk. A quiet and humble monster living under the tutelage of Asgore, the Ruinskeeper. Your playable character, you begin your adventure by finding a strange human among the flowerbeds. Your friend Buttercup tells you not to trust the human... but can you really trust your so-called "friend"?

Frisk: Swapped with Monster Kid (sort of). Acts as your adventurous and brazen companion throughout the story. Doesn't seem to like talking about their past... or their reason for climbing the mountain. In this universe, monsters are still after their soul, so you two travel together for safety!

Asgore: The keeper of the Ruins, who has made it flourish in plant life which he eagerly attends to, including Buttercup, to whom he feels a strong familiarity, though he does not know why. He's Monster Kid's only real parental figure, and though kind and permissive, will not allow them or Frisk to leave the ruins.

Buttercup: Chara, being swapped with Asriel. Toriel gave them the name Buttercup after noting the resemblance. They act like your friend, but you've started to get the sneaking suspicion their cool exterior hides a devious scheme behind it.

papyrus: Local cool dude extraordinaire. Mostly hangs around Snowdin forest, performing sentry duties and "recording human activity" even though nobody hired him to. Runs a blog where he records all of this human activity (and a super secret lab journal but shhhh). Secretly really looks up to Sans. Sells illegal puzzles and "dangerous, raw spaghetti' packets. Smokes tobacco (NOT WEED!) and drinks marinara sauce.

SANS: Despite his unassuming and rather funky outfit (courtesy of Papyrus), he is actually a Royal Guard working undercover! He's not exactly the type to go out and kill humans, he'd much rather just be pals and enjoy some "good food" together (read: fast food he got from Muffet's), but a job's a job, and he takes his work dead serious. A lot more passionate and lively than Undertale Sans, but with similar interests in astrology, baking, and awful puns.
