Wanted to draw one of your human characters from DreamCo but I'm not confident with my human drawings enough to post them on dA. So I drew Lucian. It's a pretty simple picture. I would have done more but I don't have the time at the moment.
I purposefully drew Lucian with this more 'dirty' look to him since he has been underground for so long(For those who have not seen it, watch Urnam7's animation series 'Light') that he probably wasn't very clean anymore. XD Overall, it was very fun to draw him. I enjoyed drawing the stitches along his mouth. I attempted to add some effect to Lucian's skin where the stitches come out of seem 'stretched' since he has his mouth wide open. That's got to hurt but he is a crazy so it probably doesn't bug him anymore.
Now I shall think of the reason behind the title of this picture. Hm, I don't know. It just sounded good. Anyway, I'm off to go bother people on Skype. XD

a little sad knowing it was only two episodes, but I'm very sure she put

Well, I guess that goes for both of us in that we didn't have a lot of time to work on our presents. Maybe next year or some later occasion for this year!
However, I really like how this one turned out. I just wish there would have been more directed lighting and/or "pulling" effect on the stitches to really feel for the tension. The reflected light from the lighting in the claw could also be a tad bit stronger, in spite of the dirtied look, but that's really just my small opinions. Those kind of things just seem to be something that would have been taken care of, if you had more time, and I respect that. Overall, I do believe this reflects Lucian quite nicely based on what I recall from "Light."
By the way, thank you for addressing the "dirty look." It's small details of realism like this one, that when addressed, do garner a bit more respect out of me. I always like to appreciate those small, more realistic details.
Really though, please keep up the good work! You're definitely a talented artist when it comes to dragons and animals.

Yes, the tension of the stitches in his mouth aren't that great. Lucian's head is at a weird angle and made it almost awkward to draw the stitches. For some reason, my Photoshop isn't allowing me to rotate my picture anymore. Something about GPU enhancements...
