EDIT: I lightened the black on her so that details are easier to see. It was too dark before. I'll be making the same changes on some of the other Kaitlin drawings.A spunky kangaroo rat part of the RPG (Ra-Powered Guerilla). She's mostly seen in the streets of Arkade, stopping bad guys using her blaster. It can shoot laser beams, and fire off sound waves that make her opponents feel dizzy, making them easier to capture.
