A kingdom inside Metáo's ocean. Despite being underwater, all the buildings have no water inside them. Just right for the non-aquatic metians to live in.

Back in Metáo's early days when it was still a huge wasteland, Ter-Ra left giant magical hermit crabs in charge of creating the ocean. After their job was done they buried into the ocean floor, leaving their shells behind for future metians to live in, and are still sleeping to this day.
