If it ever existed, then SEGA should take some inspiration from Formula One, Surfing stuff and Rock Band too.
Imagine some Rhythm game elements being used in the Races.

Looks interesting. But if Sega ever wanted to give this series a whirl again, they'd probably have to give the formula some changes.
