I drew this a year ago at a women's retreat thing when I was feeling kind of depressed.

First I thought of was option b. But of course, a) and c) can't be ruled out: trying to get enough peace and quiet on board the Merry to be able to fall asleep must always be a bit difficult (except for Zoro),thus Usopp's expression, or it could be due to him being caught at trying-to-steal-a-peak-of Nami's-underwear .. although probably Sanji would also be lying beside him (which destroyed the possible inconspicuousness), and now he's playing dead, hoping Nami will get tired at dealing with Sanji ..
Anyway, sorry for the rambling, great pic this, even if you only consider it a scrap! ^^
