This is how I would have preferred Mermista to have been drawn in the final scenes of the "He-Man & She-Ra Christmas Special" when everyone is celebrating Adam & Adora's birthday just before the 2 earth children are teleported back. It always bothered me that Mermista was in that pan shot seated on what looks to be an over large pouffe but she is shown in her mermaid form even though she is out of water & dare I say, a fair distance away from the nearest water body (castle mote perhaps) & on Eternia to boot. Seems to me that as she is always shown to have transformed to her land form with legs on every other occasion that she was not in or on the banks of water, she should have been drawn with legs in this scene. Filmation cost cutting again... who knows.

Anyway, I've drawn her how I think she should have been shown.
