I've been on a Wizard of Oz kick the last few days, plus I updated "Windows Live" or "Msn" or whatever the hell its called these days and it allows animated 100x100 icons now.I know I've seen someone make these sparkle before but I couldn't find it on google so here we go. She was so bling before bling was bling.
I made this for myself, but according to Big Bird sharing is fun.This is free for anyone to use, anywhere they wish, and I will not force anyone to credit. Of course it's appreciated but not mandatory.

I always wondered why it was blue over white but then again this appearing in color was a big deal so maybe they opted for blue because white is so basic and boring. In the original story the slippers are silver, but they made them red for it appearing in technicolor.
