The blonde's hair is just fantastic. I've not seen anyone draw hair like the kind on the brunette, but it's gorgeous!
This has given me more of an idea of how purples and yellows can go with each other, and where I'm going wrong with shading.

I noticed that you changed this from transparent PNG to a white background. I had to do this for a lot of my devs because I didn't know how to get the background transparent in full view... Then someone suggested that you make the image in full view the original size, and it should fix it
hope that helps, because it looks great in transparent png form
