It's 2023 and with it come not one but two new Doctors to be added to the pixel line up... Maybe

David Tennant as The... I'm not sure... New Doctor? And Ncuti Gatwa as the New New Doctor possibly?
Will someone tell me what the hell is going on here! Seriously what sort of celestial shenanigans has been done or undone? Can't tell which yet.

Personaaly I am hesitent to call them 14 and 15 because, I really hope David Tennant isnt an official new incarnation. I feel that would really cheapen the show because we know he's not here for very long so feels like a waist of an incarnation, plus it would also play into "The Timeless Child" nonsense I and the vast majority of fans absolutly hate. Aw well he's got infinite lives before and after now so what does it matter if we burn a few up fast.

And it would also play into the idea that The Doctor can reuse faces which really makes the diffrent eras of the show less special, when you know they can have a few season off and just come back as a new one whos exactly like the other one they played. "I don't want to go" don't worry mate you're not gone for long death is meaningless now don't you know. Always works well for a franchies when they cheapen death just ask DC Comics how that worked out in the 90s.

Makes the show stale, regeneration pointless and affection for specific incarnations meaningless. Hated it when Tom Baker did it as the "The Curator" bunch of bull, and dont like the idea of it now, but the less said about Day Of The Doctor the better.

Heres hoping after a weird and wonderful adventure for the 60th anniversary, all is put well and we have Ncuti Gatwa as the 14th Doctor.

Because I wonder if David does count as the new official Doctor... Shouldnt Sacha Dhawan count as an official incarnation? Making him 14 David 15 and Ncuti 16?
Or does reverting to Jodie make Sacha null and void? Love him but here's hoping somethig similar happens to David in the 60th.

Glad Russells back but got to say I'm nervously optimistic and cautiously hopeful. Apprehensive I supose you could sum it up as.
