Just saying, Laughing Jack would kick Pennywise's ass! Any day, anytime, any week! Lemme explain.
Because Laughing Jack is a cosmic entity and has no fear, anything Pennywise does would just be plain ineffective towards Jack and therefor Jack could easily beat Pennywise into being forced back into hiding for another 27 years.

Don't get me wrong that I'm a fan of Laughing Jack cuz he's a clown and I adore clowns
I don't care if someone win or lose they're still amazing characters.

I picture them as best friends who feast on children's flesh.

But I love how Snuffbomb created laughing jack with a good design and a really cool personality.

watch the movies of Pennywise 1990 and 2017 and watching youtube vids about Pennywise and thinking about reading the book about pennywise.
and I know that he feeds on fear just like the character I like called the creeper from Jeepers Creepers

Every fall I start drawing horror, dark, morbid art
I don't get scarred on horror movies or haunted houses
too me they're thrilling and fun to see
