I faced that thing in RE Code Veronica X. And my advice; RUN! Do not engage the T-Veronica Mutant, Run as fast as you can. 2 swings of that axe and you're dead.

Interesting design. Very videogame-designy, which makes sense all of a sudden because I just noticed that this is a design from a videogame. You've made a good rendition of the original. Mostly I like the use of complementary colors, and the anime face looks funny on that body.

interesting style of drawing, very specific. How are you doing? Now throws a small speculation; use can start an ink watercolor and then finish details with colored fineliners?

All of my pens are jet-black, all of the coloring I do is digital, and it is what always takes me the longest too.
