I finally got caught up with The Owl House, so it time to do an updated design for my TOH Oc, Artemsia. For her updated designed, I made her hair a less saturated brown to match with Emperor Belos and gave her a dress and cape that fit more into the show's world. I also made her a little younger, so now she is around Emira/Edric age. Artemsia still has the same duties as before; She attends a lot of social events in the name of Emperor Belos and her likeness as propoganda to convince young witches to join covens.
