So I've downloaded a program called "Live2D", that allows for animations like this. Some of you have probably heard of it or even used it.
Either way, I'll give a briefer on my first experience with it.

.....I thought once I paint up all the movable parts to be animated, things would go smoothly as that part was quite simple.
Once I imported the material into the program, I was lost and confused for quite a while! Where things stand now, this program is kind of a pain in the butt to figure out.

....But I'm gonna keep at it and do my best to learn it right! I love the potential I can feel with this program, and I'm definitely going to be bringing more things with this in the near future. Stay tuned!
