Y'know what's funny about this piece?
When I was looking at the thumbnail I could tell it was a dude, in a jar, with a flower. And I went, "Oh, it would be sorta funny if it was inspired by the song 'sappy'!" So, I clicked on it. And sure enough, there's the lyrics. (reason that it's funny is some kid wants me to sing it while he plays guitar for some random school competition...cept he's in 8th grade and I'm a senior, but whatever)
Anyway, enough of my story and back to the picture. I like the layout of the picture and you have a very spiffy style to go with. I like the use of bright colors. I'd just wish it were a bit more solid it SOME places as well as some cleaner lines to really emphasize the character. Otherwise, great job!

Yah, I know some nirvana. I know that song the best after having to sing it for some kid for a day. Oy...trying to teach him how to keep tempo and how singers and guitarists work together. Very frustrating. 
And yah, I never post an omg cool or great stuff thing because it's not worth my time. I'm very picky in how I comment and what I comment.
