This picture, as most of you know, is from the Fairly OddParents movie 'Abra Catastrophe'. Wanda has been taken away by Crocker, and Cosmo loses it.He says he needs to start dating again, and cant clean his ears anymore... thats why i drew this picture. It is one of my many new pictures that are waiting to be scanned.
