As the characteristic implies, Cheerio is one lazy and laid back cat. She’d likely not be able to tell you the date, let alone what she ate for her last meal, simply because she is too lazy to care. She is extremely messy, her habit to not return objects to their right places means her living quarters are constantly littered in an array of clothes and toys. She loves dressing in clothing that is brightly-coloured and baggy and easy to slip in-to quickly, because struggling to fit in to something tight would just waste precious energy. Catch her after a long nap and Cheerio will be a cheerful and energetic cat, eager to play chase, go for a coffee or talk your ear off, but this energy does not last long.

She takes each day as they come, doing as she pleases, waking and sleeping as she likes and eating whenever she gets hungry. She lives in her own bubble and her view on the real world is extremely warped, thinking that you don’t need to work hard (Or in her case, not at all) to get far in life.

History:
After completing her education, Cheerio went in to a state of hibernation in which she lost motivation to carry on with her previous goals and aspirations or even to get a part-time job. She became careless, she slept more, and all she wanted to do was laze around and live a peaceful life.

Her parents, worried that she was wasting time and developing bad habits, tried their best to push the young cat forwards and out in to the world, but she was rather content to stay locked in her room and nothing seemed to work. They came to the conclusion that she needed a change of pace, perhaps new scenery and a different way of life would be just the inspiration boost the cat needed to kick-start her life. After researching quiet and safe towns to send their otherwise unbothered daughter, she was soon sent off to Hemlock. They send her pocket money and letters weekly with words of encouragement to ‘do something’ with her life.

- Before losing interest in studies, Cheerio was learning about nuclear chemicals, in which she had a strange love for.
