"The roads of Hiraeth are sparse, but are occasionally used by adventurers, nomads, and caravans. During the spectral hours of dawn and dusk, a Thul-Quma may be seen, keeping a leisurely stride. They keep to the roads, but seemingly come from no where, always carrying a bizarre array of items in their many hands. They offer these things to other travelers for no apparent reason. Some people say taking their gift will bring bad luck, and others say refusing it is bad luck, so either way is a gamble. It could simply be they find happiness in giving."
