Good:
The light fluttering colors really light up the whole page, I would say you really do have talent! The glossiness of the eye stands out just perfectly. The planets also, were a great idea, quite artistic! I like how you made them a silhouette, and have them in two circles. The glint off the eyelashes are also quite artistic, giving the eye a forbidden fantasy look. All in all, the texture in this photo really caught my eye.
The contrast in this photo is lovely, the picture first looks like a large photo, but in reality, you actually drew this in a small frame. I thought that was truly, amazing. I can tell you put a lot of effort in this picture. It would be pretty hard for me to draw something so quite detailed in a small frame.
You put the eye in a main focus, then made everything else blurry. That was brilliant. You thought of the background even though the background originally wouldn't be paid attention of, and to make the eye even more in present, you made everything else black and white. One way to describe something like that would be a light in the dark. That was a pretty swell idea.
Bad:
I really love the originality. You get a A+ for that, but whats bothering me is how the eyelashes are, they are extremely full, especially in the middle at the top, yet the bottom has the side of the eye full.
I understand you were trying the make the main focus for this picture beauty,but where are the blood vessels? Those are always in a eye. However this one is clear, and it kind of throws the texture off.
The bottom eyelashes look like hair truthfully, or in other words, "they don't have a foundation." a example of a good eye is this: www.bing.com/images/search?q=b… the eye has a foundation, or the wholes holding it.
