This cat has such beautiful eyes! I like the selective color and how it highlights them. Of course, I enjoy selective color overall, but this is a very good use of it.

but to tell you the truth i think it would be much better without selective color
maybe lower opacity or even just softer yellow

I dont think so, the descriptio says:

I only used bgrnd copy layers for contrast and color managment.
I didnt add anything new to it.
