I'll admit I was scared for Sophia when I saw that ambulance though. 
......come to think of it, does Decembersville really have an ambulance? I know there are only a handful of cars, so do the Freaks use trolleys to get their injured buddies to some sort of hospital?

And you know what? That has always been kind of vague to me. I like to think that they have ambulances, but thanks to the problem with their telephones and connections in the story they are pretty hard to get ahold of. If you got an injured buddy, gotta report it to the nearest Doll officer and they will handle things.
Though just try not to get hurt. Their hospitals SUCK.
