To win follow these rules:
- write a comment on this picture with the names of the characters (tickler and ticklee) as well as the name of the TV series they are from,
- the first person who guesses correctly gets a free tickle request with 2 characters of their choice,
- don't worry if you misspell the names, I will still accept the answer if the spelling is similar enough,
- do NOT edit your comments after posting them. This could easily be used for cheating and I don't want that. If I see your correct answer has been edited AFTER the next correct answer has been posted, your answer will not count.

The tickler is officer Elizabeth Jenkins and the ticklee is Dori Doreau from the old police comedy series "Sledge Hammer!".

The tickling is based on a scene in the episode "Wild About Hammer" where Jenkins kidnaps Doreau and uses her as a hostage.
Fun fact: Anne-Marie Martin, the actress who played Dori once said in an interview that this was one of her favorite scenes in the series, because she thought it was a lot of fun trying to fight while being tied up.
