Chahra and Kreelo are in good relations (
) so Chahra wasn't happy when she found out what Amayli and Liija were doing to her. Chahra doesn't like unprovoked tickle attacks, and while she loves her daughter very much, she has no problems letting people discipline her when she does something wrong. 
For the record, Kreelo didn't ask Chahra to do this, Chahra decided by herself. XD
Also, we get a glimpse of Chahra's power. She can also create restraints but she can also temporarily strip others of their powers (Amayli and Liija) as well as give others the ability to use their powers in circumstances they normally wouldn't be able to (Kreelo during the day).
