thanks. yeah it does get a little off balance at the top, but i hoped it would just add to the visual interest of the piece. i dont like to do symmetrical shots too often, and i dont like to be minamalistic too often either. I just tryed to be aware of all the visual interest i could put in it while mantaining the simple shot.

Very nice setup. Although at first I didn't notice the nails. It would be nice as a conceptual piece in a museum. An empty, serene room with a simple wooden table and a wooden chair. On the table a typewriter with the keys covered in nails. Great idea, even though it may need a bit more context, something like I described above.

I have to say it's just wickedly gorgeous. I haven't seen an old typewriter in such a long time.And the pain......brings new meaning to creative turmoil that's for sure.
