If you do apply as a God/Goddess, do you apply as an existing one or make one up. And for example, Amaterasu is a Sun Goddess, would she fall under the category of Fire Leader?

well, only leaders are allowed to choose gods. but that would also restrict RP because.. gods can do ... like, everything ._.; Still figuring stuffs out XP

Why not have an NPC character who is like the God of all Gods, like the Father of them all if you will. He'd have limited all the powers of the Gods below him and only allow them to possess the ability of the element they control. Could that work?
