Description
Just a couple pages and Sketches from the last Open Model I went to. This is also the first stage of all my pose reference. I start with crayon (more artist should draw with crayon) and get a basic pose sketch, and then later go in digitally and create a clean line art. Hopefully this next quarter I will be adding more of these pages, because I'm going down from coaching 4 soccer teams to only 1 or 2. So that means more time to work on homework, comics, and sketching in general! I'm a bit excited, but we shall see how things go!And I marked this with a mature tag so no one "gasps!" because of the visible male parts.

Great sketches. I'm not a fan of crayon. When I'm doing loose sketching, I actually hold my pencil a different way than when I'm drawing. I was hoping to have more time now that I'm done with school to work on personal projects, like comics and animation shorts. However, two weeks after my last class, I got picked up by Arg Studios and I'll be teaching a kid's animation class in January. So, I still don't have time.

Thanks!
I like that crayon doesn't smear, and I can build it up to get the line I want. I only just recently started using it again because graphite was getting on my nerves.
Congratulations! Oh that sounds awesome! Good Luck teaching kids!

Thanks. I also found an old PS painting I was working on but I had lost. I've been slowly finishing that. It's just slow going.
