I do believe this is the first modest monster I've come across.. Fantastic action captured here!

Thats an interesting combination. Quicksand and some tentacle monster.

Awesome, knowing that many other people have had this fantasy with tentacle creature under the quicksand trap, I know I am not the only one who has had dreams and ideas of this situation for many years.

Dragged into the soft gooey muck in its "vice-like" grip. She knows there is no one to save her. She dies a horrible and lonely death.

I love the expressiveness; her desperation is palpable.

Gorgeous work mate. How long does something like this take you to make?

It's hard to say.
I never get to just sit down and draw one all at once. I have a sketch book with a bunch of crazy shit in it, and I chip away at stuff when I can.
I guess I'd say maybe 10-15 hours on each one, but spread out over 2 months.
I could probably work faster, if I had consistent time to draw.
