Admittedly, I've tried the human/animal fusion in the past, but it didn't work for me.

I dislike human legs on anthros. Unless it's matched really well (which generally needs a lot of stylistic qualities to work for me) it just looks really silly...

god I can't believe the number of people I run into who draw their digigrade legs completely wrong... they make the top portion the length of a human leg, then the mid setion (human calf section) like, AN INCH LONG. then they make the bottom (human foot) like A MILE LONG with these TINY LITTLE TOES... Anything with legs like that would CRIPPLE under its own weight.. if not lose balance first.
