This is due to most of the design being made on a Pay to Use base. Said base had cost me 150 points.
Paypal: The minimum is (1) One US Dollar.
HOWEVER, you may request a bulk deal of up to 5 adoptables for the one dollar price.
This is due to Paypal taking out such high fees. Anything less than a dollar sent, only gives me a few scant cents out of the transaction.
