I was trying to put together an art summary of 2012 when I realized that I had several months that I didn't submit any drawings and some months where I had a couple of nice pieces. So instead: HIGHLIGHTS.

This year had my best clay models and I was very proud to be able to display my favourite characters on my shelf. Some of them were kind of hard to do, but turned out a lot better than I expected. I only hope to continue doing more challenging models.

Digital art came as a surprise and I feel that I've been improving faster on my tablet than with markers. I know a lot of my watchers really loved my marker drawings, but I feel they're too restrictive and too expensive. I don't regret them. They were fun to use and I won several contests using them (even a grand prize for a contest that didn't originally have a grand prize. That was a contest offsite, not on dA), but I want to move on. Next year, I'm going digital full out!
