Personality - Squeaky and excitable, Cecily is the embodiment of optimism. Her toothy grin can melt even the iciest of hearts. She’s silly and a bit clumsy, but she takes it all in stride. She has a tendency to sneak up on others without being noticed, so she wears her lucky bell so that she won’t startle anyone accidentally. This extrovert flourishes in the company of others and hopes to make as many friends as possible in her new home.
History - Cecily was raised in the big city in a very large family. While all of her siblings settled into the posh air of her former home, Cecily felt that they were becoming increasingly uptight. She never settled into their ways, despite the constant chastising of her parents. After making a huge scene at an important event that left her parents less than enthused, Cecily figured it was time to uproot and take life in her own paws for the first time ever. After a few months as a nomad, she found her way to a new city. Maybe here she can finally be who she truly wants to be.
