Bio: In the pokemon world, every trainer strives to be the best; and for one young trainer in the Hoenn region, their journey began with a Torchic at their side. The two traveled their region, taking on every challenge that came their way. When Hoenn was conquered, they continued from one journey to the next, eventually ended up in Unova. The trainer and his now fully evolved Blaziken watched in awe as an ancient pokemon was reborn before their eyes; the ancestor of all bird pokemon Archeops. And wow, was she a beauty. With a new ace on the team, the more their trainer won, the less he seemed to care for his team. After a while, the feathered pair found solace in one another and soon fell in love. Choosing one another over the life of champion battlers; the pair fled for the woods and eventually had a son together.

Due to his parents’ clashing elemental typings; Whisk was born sickly and weak. He was barely able to break free from his eggshell. With a new purpose in life, his parents doted on their fragile hatchling and taught him how to survive in their luscious forest home. Decades passed, yet Whisk was never forced to leave his parents. The trio thrived in their own little world and became an unshakable flock in their own right. Suddenly, Whisk’s mother was taken by an illness. Broken-hearted, his father tried to provide for the both of them but the Blaziken passed too soon after. Just like that; Whisk was alone for the first time in his life.

The forest he spent his entire life in only made his heart ache, so Whisk took to the skies and left to parts unknown. He had nothing left after the loss of his parents. Whisk made it hundreds of miles before his breath caught in his throat. As the world went dark, he crashed to the ground hard. With his strength spent after his days-long journey, he resigned himself to the embrace of unconsciousness.

When he awoke, Whisk found himself in a strange base being greeted by dozens of faces he had never seen before. This group provided him with his first decent meal in months, smiling faces, and tales of their exploits. The flying type was in awe; so many other strange pokemon had tried to make a meal of him, but this group was different. They called themselves “Rocket” and offered him a place to stay. The thought of having the protection of others again put the hybrid at ease; perhaps he could live whatever time he had left with decent company. He no longer had to look over his shoulder at all times and finally have the peace he so desperately needed.

- Living alone for most of his long life, Whisk is very oblivious to social cues.
- He’s not the type to journey far from the nest
- Whisk is very ignorant of most forms of technology and is quite fearful of tech in general
- Prone to stress and tends to overgroom his feathers as a way to cope
