Vanilla is officially the most wholesome mother around. Strangely, its why I don't ship her with anyone save for creams father (which i have my own take on). On the topic of vanilla, I've always imagined a long and grueling journey in her youth that brought her to the point of strength we can see glimpses of now and then. I know people usually don't associate her with tragedy, but pathos is something i think this series is desperately missing. It would certainly make her more interesting of a character than just "mom", and she could give words of wisdom to the group that nobody else could. I love seeing interactions like this with her, and she is definitely an underrated character for sure in terms of her role in the games. A good portrayal of vanilla, and a job well done!
