I was originaly going to call this "the new administrator of earth" but then i realised that you're persona is not with the combine technicaly.:/
But then yet again you could think of a story of how you come back from CyberNet to a peaceful planet that doesn't have any combine,and then get assigned as the leader of earth or something like that.
