Yes, all watercolour. For the face i did two layers of colour. Red for the eye area, blue for the brow and the cheeks. The second layer was the skin colour.

In most cases just the concept/ main idea is worked out of my fantasy. But when it comes to portraits/ figures i need a reference pic
- otherwise the result would be matchstick figures
