I shall explain to vegeta how Goku isn't a kid as ssj4 ...
Supposedly that it's said in the offical cannon series and the wiki that a ssj4 over powers shenron,therefore Goku being an adult in the form,in the other forms he's a kid cuz the forms aren't powerful enough to surpass shenron's power. Basically ssj4 surpasses shenron's power causing the "accidental" wish on Goku to be a kid is cancelled out!
There,that should be a sufficent enough answer for the,prince of all saiyans!

Which is universally known as the first of GT's MANY plotholes.
Very early on Z they stated Shenron couldn't affect beings stronger than itself without their consent first. This is the reason why they couldn't wish the Saiyans (Vegeta & Nappa) dissapeared before arriving on Earth, and is ALSO the reason why Shenron couldn't teleport Goku back to Earth after he escaped Namek, since Goku refused because he wanted to train, hence Shenron was forced to accept it because Goku was so much stronger than him.
Yet, as soon as GT starts, Shenron can somehow ignore all canon and affect Goku without his consent (turning him into a child) even though he's now WAY stronger than before.
Yes, SSJ4 overpowering Shenron is the excuse they used for him to go back to being an adult while on SSJ4...but it didn0t make ANY sense because Z had already established that they had surpassed Shenrons's powers by the end of the Nappa/Vegeta saga.
Its pure nonsense, just like how most of GT is.
