In New Super Mario Bros Wii, I would imagine Clawdia being put in charge of World 9, since she would most likely not do anything serious with it, as she secretly wants Mario to win so Bowser could pay more attention to her. She mainly lets all the minions roam free in the levels. Which explains why there are lots of the same enemy in each level (Troopas in 9-1, Bullet Bills in 9-3, etc) Just my imagination anyways.Koopas (c) Nintendo
