The only son of James and Claude. The two struggled to raise the twins financially, but with the help of friends and family, they managed just fine.

As he grew up, he was always a playful little boy with a big imagination. One night, he witnessed an episode of "Rescue 911" which traumatized him at first, but seeing the ending motivated him to want to become a medic to "prevent deaf on oders". He often imitated the show using Eady's toys and such

At age 10, he fulfilled his passion when he met Princess FirstAid and often worked as her assistant. One occasion, the twins went on a journey to rescue her (SMB style lol)

At age 13, he met Cassie (who was 16 at the time) in the hospital due to her usual accidents. Cassie did not give much thought about him then, just seeing him as a guy doing his job. Later on she ran into Pyar at her school as she witnessed the overacheiving freshman being bullied by punk seniors. Cassie, being immune to bullying by then immediately ran to his aid and told the assholes off. The seniors did not take the tough junior seriously, until she showed him her threatening moves. Afterwards the two became good friends, with Cassie always protecting him and eventually forming the Anti-bullying crusaders with Iggy. He also met good friends such as Lester and Tiem, whom defended him against bullies as well.

Pyar did not approve of Cassie dating Roy Koopa, as he does not trust any bully. However he only cared about her happiness and stayed out of their business seeing how much he meant to her, till one day he witnessed her upset over losing him to a "better girl" and relentlessly bullying her, causing her to become hopeless and suicidal. One day he discovered Cassie dead in the pool and ran to her rescue. He managed to pull her out and performed cpr, much to her dismay as she desperately wanted to die. Pyar promised that he would always be there for her and kissed her on the lips, confessing that he loves her.

The two did have a happy relationship most of the time, however Pyar still had a habit of drooling over girls, making Cassie feel insecure. Little did they know that his lust for other women was being caused by the Pink Virus (which acts like cupid). He eventually managed to grow out of it, as he realizes that its morally wrong and that his love for Cassie was stronger than the Pink Virus's powers. The two since went steady.
