Personally, Uranus is more like Amy from The Big Bang Theory: Snarky, cynical, has more common sense than Twilight, but her bluntness and workaholic messes up her attempts at socialising, and her pride causes her to expect people to be amazed at her knowledge of things no-one really cares about. (And now I have a vison of her having a deep rivaly with a otaku girl on the basis that her obscure science facts are more important than the otaku's obscure cartoon knowledge that the other galaxy girls seem to be more interested in.)
And of course, Uranus has her laid back sister to deal with, so that'll mix things up for sure.
