Pretty sure you can find it in a hexed pack in the SFM workshop.
I think it's this, steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles… and this, steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles… .
Try looking for some kind of "Manncannon" or "rifle" when you do install those packs, should be there.
