...and the Clone Trooper helmet. I am assuming that you made the changes yourself? If so, did you have to do any adjusting for the hand/arm positioning for any of the helmets?

yes. you need to copy and paste the model into the exising file ( the pa helmet ). then move the new helmet into the position of the pa helmet. when you finsh just add the proper textures to the helmet and delete the pa helmet. then just save it under the same name as the original. works well on my end. just make a back up from the original too.
