This is based off of my Back-n-Black Gnome Shell theme but with the panel transparent. If you want the gtk theme look in my collection for Back-n-Black-GTK . This was originally based off of Adwaita.Related content

I am just now looking into Linux based OS's. It's overwhelming atm? But seeing great looking skin's is making me want to learn just that much more.

how would you go about installing / applying it?

Install it through gnome-tweak-tool what distro do you use?

i have been using latest "Gnome" and "Fedora 15"

Search in the repos for gnome-tweak-tool

Once you have that you can find it in either applications or in a terminal type gnome-tweak-tool I forgot you will also need the user-themes-extension do a search for that too. Do a google search for installing gnome shell themes there are a lot of how to's and video's on youtube that show you how to install it.

hahaha no i was going with awoken white icons, and used your black widow theme to make the screen shot becuase i hade a white, black and red theme. I used that one guys mod to move the gnome shell exstension dock to the bottom, and i modified the file so that it had no background to match your gnome shell theme. it is starting to look super slick.... im just mad you beat me to a theme lol

yea, engineering is a fun degree, but the math kicks my ass. By the way who ever was bitching about Firefox dosnt really know what there talking about. after Firefox 4 when they put the tabs on top, they added a grey gradient over the top. tell people to have tabs not on top, and it should go away, or at least in my personal experience. for an example look at the screenie i posted where i used your black and black theme. I have Firefox open, and mying looks amazing
